Gizlilik Politikası

Bu politika, Kaboomino mobil oyununun ("Oyun") hangi bilgileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Oyun Virel Yazılım ("biz") tarafından yayınlanır ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ile AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında veri sorumlusu biziz.

1. Kısa özet

• Oyunda hesap, üyelik veya giriş yoktur. Adınızı, e-postanızı ya da telefon numaranızı istemeyiz.
• Oyun ilerlemeniz (puanlar, bölüm yıldızları, jokerler, ayarlar) yalnızca kendi cihazınızda saklanır; bize gönderilmez.
• Oyunda reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından gösterilir. AdMob, reklam göstermek ve ölçmek için cihazınızdan bazı bilgiler toplar (aşağıda).
• Satın almalar Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır; ödeme bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz.

2. Cihazınızda saklanan bilgiler

En yüksek puan, bölüm ilerlemesi ve yıldızlar, joker sayıları, yarım kalan oyun, dil ve ses tercihi ile "Reklamsız" satın alma durumu, oyunun çalışması için cihazınızın yerel depolamasında tutulur. Bu bilgiler sunucularımıza gönderilmez ve tarafımızca görülemez. Oyunu silerek bu bilgileri tamamen silebilirsiniz.

3. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)

Oyun ücretsizdir ve reklamlarla desteklenir. Reklamlar Google LLC'nin AdMob hizmeti tarafından sunulur. AdMob; reklam göstermek, reklam performansını ölçmek, sıklığı sınırlamak ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek için şu bilgileri toplayabilir ve işleyebilir:

• Reklam kimliği (Android Reklam Kimliği / Apple IDFA — yalnızca izin verirseniz) ve cihaza özgü diğer tanımlayıcılar,
• IP adresi ve buna dayalı yaklaşık konum,
• Cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, dil ve uygulama bilgileri,
• Reklamlarla etkileşimler (gösterim, tıklama) ve uygulama içi tanılama bilgileri.

İzin ve tercihleriniz

• Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki kullanıcılara ilk açılışta Google'ın izin penceresi gösterilir. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları kabul veya reddedebilir, tercihinizi daha sonra oyundaki Ayarlar → Gizlilik seçenekleri ile değiştirebilirsiniz.
• iPhone ve iPad'de, reklam takibi için Apple'ın "Uygulama İzleme Şeffaflığı" izni istenir. İzin vermezseniz IDFA kullanılmaz ve oyun aynı şekilde çalışır.
• Android'de reklam kimliğinizi Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Reklamlar bölümünden sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz.

4. Uygulama içi satın almalar

"Reklamsız Oyna" ve joker paketleri Apple App Store veya Google Play faturalandırması ile satın alınır. Ödemeyi bu mağazalar işler; kart veya ödeme bilgileriniz bize iletilmez. Oyun yalnızca satın almanın tamamlandığı bilgisini alır ve ürünü cihazınızda açar. Mağazaların gizlilik uygulamaları için Apple ve Google'ın politikalarına bakınız.

5. Çocuklar

Oyun 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaştaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız.

6. Verilerin aktarımı

Reklam hizmeti kapsamında bilgiler Google tarafından Türkiye dışındaki (ör. ABD) sunucularda işlenebilir. Bu aktarım, reklam hizmetinin sunulması amacıyla ve Google'ın uyguladığı güvenceler çerçevesinde gerçekleşir.

7. Haklarınız

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve şikâyet hakkına sahipsiniz. Biz sunucularımızda sizinle ilgili kişisel veri tutmadığımız için cihazınızdaki oyun verilerini oyunu silerek kaldırabilirsiniz; reklam verileriyle ilgili talepler için Google'ın araçlarını kullanabilir veya bize yazabilirsiniz.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada, yürürlük tarihiyle birlikte yayınlanır.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Kaboomino mobile game (the "Game") handles and how. The Game is published by Virel Yazılım ("we"), who is the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

1. Summary

• There are no accounts, sign-ups or logins. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
• Your game progress (scores, level stars, boosters, settings) is stored only on your own device and is never sent to us.
• Ads in the Game are served by Google AdMob, which collects some information from your device to show and measure ads (see below).
• Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play; your payment details never reach us.

2. Information stored on your device

Your best score, level progress and stars, booster counts, an unfinished game, language and sound preferences, and your "Ad-free" purchase status are kept in your device's local storage so the Game can work. This information is not sent to our servers and we cannot see it. Deleting the Game removes it completely.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game is free and supported by ads provided by Google LLC's AdMob service. To serve ads, measure their performance, cap frequency and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect and process:

• Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA — only if you allow it) and other device identifiers,
• IP address and approximate location derived from it,
• Device model, operating system, language and app information,
• Interactions with ads (impressions, clicks) and in-app diagnostics.

Your choices

• Users in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland see Google's consent form on first launch. You can accept or decline personalised ads and change your choice later in Settings → Privacy options inside the Game.
• On iPhone and iPad, Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission is requested. If you decline, IDFA is not used and the Game works the same.
• On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads.

4. In-app purchases

"Play Ad-Free" and booster packs are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play billing. The stores process the payment; your card or payment details are never passed to us. The Game only receives confirmation that a purchase was completed and unlocks the item on your device. See Apple's and Google's policies for their privacy practices.

5. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

6. International transfers

As part of the advertising service, information may be processed by Google on servers outside your country (e.g. in the United States), for the purpose of providing the ad service and under the safeguards Google applies.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and KVKK you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Since we keep no personal data about you on our servers, you can remove the Game's data by deleting the Game; for advertising data you can use Google's tools or contact us.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
